Happy, happy Father's Day to Joe! He is an amazing dad. The kids are so lucky to have such a fun, loving, playful, smart dad. He is a wonderful leader and provider for our family and is a great example.
We had a normal day around here. The kids were excited to give them their presents they made him. Last week we worked on "coupon" books for Joe. I tried explaining to them that it should include things like taking out the trash, or doing something for Joe, but somehow the coupon books included going to the pool and going to get ice cream. The kids were so proud of them and of course Joe loved them. We used one of the going to get ice cream coupons last night ;).We went to church in the morning, and stopped at the Waffle House after that. Later in the afternoon we went to the pool and then made our ice cream stop after supper. It was a beautiful day out and we were lucky to spend it together.
And Happy Father's day to my dad! You are a great dad and papa, and we can't wait to see you next week!
