Happy Valentine's Day!

What a LOVE-ly day!  The kids were more than excited to go to school and hand out their valentine's to their classmates (and to receive the valentine's too!).  They came home after school saying they had a great day and we have all been on a sugar-high since. 

When Joe came home from work he had a rose for Adria and for me.  She was so happy and proud. The bar is set high for whomever she chooses for her spouse!  She sees everyday how a husband should treat his wife and hopefully she will never settle for less.  (Of course, Tate was wondering where his flower was and Joe had to explain that girls like flowers and it is a way to show them that you love them and it doesn't just have to be on Valentine's day.  I think we went through this same conversation last year too!)  Joe also brought home a heart shaped cake so we had a nice dinner and then yummy dessert.  It was a fun day!
