Touching base

I am LOVING the stage that Troy is in right now.  Whenever he is awake and playing, every few minutes he comes back to me to sit on my lap or get picked up for a few seconds.  It is the cutest thing.  It's like he just needs to touch base and know that I am still here and still love him.  We will be playing on the floor and he will come sit on my lap for only like 15 seconds and then be off.  Just long enough to get a hug and kiss and assurance.  I love it.  The older kids don't need me as much right now and the thought that Troy needs a hug from me every few minutes makes me feel good.  I love that kid!
