Our first pet!

We were shopping at Walmart the other day when my mom was visiting us and my mom and Tate and Adria were off looking at something while I shopped around. When we met back up at the cart, we had 2 other family members! She was getting the kids their first pet- goldfish! Thanks Grandma!


When we got home the kids were so excited to get them in their new tank. We warned them that they might die soon so it wouldn't be a shock to them when it happened. Well, the next day, the inevitable happened. Adria's goldfish was floating on the top! (of course, this was right after she was caught with her whole hand and arm in the bowl trying to catch the fish- that might have had something to do with it!) Oh well, they thought it was fun to flush it down the toilet! Good thing they are only 38 cents!

    Love it!! Ask Nana about ALL the goldfish we had growing up....and all the babies that the goldfish had. Was insane!!

    I wanted to get my kids some goldfish, but Chris talked me out of it! He thought a dog was easier!! Wish I could flush her down the toilet some days...:)
