Soccer and Flag football

The fall soccer season has come to an end and also the fall flag football season is done.  Tate and Adria enjoyed both this year and it is fun to go and watch them.  Both their soccer teams and their flag football team improved a lot since last year.

Both kids were on same flag football team again this year.  They are the gray team, and the team stays the same from 4th-6th grade, only bringing in the new 4th grade players.  It is a draft for the new 4th graders, and it depends on your record from the year before to see which team gets to draft first.  The gray team did really well this year and only lost one game.  Tate was the quarterback (I know that position!) and Adria was on defense (I have no idea what position :).   They both did a really good job and it was fun to watch.  Unfortunately, they didn't get to play their night game "under the lights" on the high school football field because it kept getting rained out.

They just finished up soccer, and we had a few make-up games at the end of the season because of rain.  Each team did really well and both kids scored quite a few goals for their teams.  It is time for it to be over because it was getting really cold to sit out and watch them!

Now on to basketball season!
