Actually, the title should read, "big brother saves the night", and really, big brother had no idea what was even going on!
Last night about 9:00 it started thundering a little. Adria is very scared of storms and usually ends up in our bed. But since it was only 9:00, we were not in bed yet and neither one of us wanted to go to bed just yet to sleep with her. So Joe took her to sleep in Tate's bed to see if that would make her feel better. Worked like a charm! Tate was already asleep when Joe put her in there and he didn't even know she was in there until he got up this morning to go to the bathroom. She felt safe all night and was no longer bothered by the storm, and we got a good night's sleep too since we didn't have a little girl in-between us. Win-win for everyone!

ReplyDeleteThat is awesome! We had storms here last night too and Max ended up on our floor for a couple hours. We didn't want to start the whole sleeping with us when there's a storm or someday we'll have 3 kids in our queen bed!
